Champagne Fountain Delivery
Our champagne fountains are courier delivered anywhere in mainland UK including England, Wales and Scotland. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to International, Republic of Ireland, BFPO, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or the Scilly Isles addresses. We reserve the right to change the areas to which we deliver without notice. They arrive in a metal container with internal padding so that they can’t get damaged in transit. To protect ourselves against fraud, the champagne fountain delivery can only be made to the cardholders address unless you are a returning customer so please ensure that there is someone available to sign for the delivery on arrival.
The fountain arrives in three parts, the main basin, first and second tier. The third tier screws onto the second tier and the bouquet holder just sits on top, it is so simple to set up! When you have finished with the fountain, just take it outside and tip it upside down to drain off any excess liquids. Remove the bouquet holder and unscrew the top tier and place in the bags provided.
The is no additonal delivery cost and the fountain is shipped in an aluminium box with handles and fastener and has padding at the top and bottom to protect the fountain. The fountain is delivered to typically arrive at your address on the day before your event and the pick up by the couriers will be the day after the event. It is important that there is someone able to sign for the delivery at the drop off address on the day of delivery. The fountain must also be made available for the couriers to be returned on the day after your event. Due to the delivery and drop off schedules, it is very important that all return pick ups are completed otherwise additional costs will be incurred.
